Kaitlyn Heddinger is a Baltimore-based political, lifestyle, and wedding photographer and currently serves as the Digital Director & Press Secretary for U.S. Congressman Salud Carbajal (CA-24).

In her role on Capitol Hill, Kaitlyn manages Congressman Carbajal’s online presence, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned across all platforms.

In her part-time role as a lifestyle and wedding photographer, she works closely with her clients to cultivate the photo session of their dreams and document the posed and candid moments of their wedding days.
